BUCHAREST, Mar 18 The recent deterioration in the Romanian political environment seems to have stopped the process of structural reforms, Kenneth Orchard told MEDIAFAX. Orchard's evaluations are different from those of January, when he said that political disputes prove that Romania is a true democracy, and that this sort of tensions can be seen in other democracies.
