Cand se vorbeste despre chestiuni de mediu, politicieni, papagali de pe strada, cu toti sunt de acord, in principiu, ca ele sunt importante si foarte importante. Dar atunci cand pentru activitatile respective se calculeaza nota de plata, atunci... apare o problema. Mare. In acest fel, pana la declararea politica a stoparii declinului biodiversitatii europene pana in 2010, totul este OK, dar atunci cand trebuie alocate resursele... Pana cand trebuie legiferata reteaua ecologica europeana Natura 2000, este OK, dar cine va achita nota de plata? La fel, si cu schimbarile climatice, cand vor vedea nota de plata estimativa, aceasta factura proforma de peste 1 triliard de euro pentru urmatorii 14 ani... cred ca vor avea ceva crampe. Sa nu mai amintesc de incompatibilitatea dintre 1. extinderea ariilor cultivate pentru biofuel si a fermelor eoliene si 2. conservarea biodiversitatii.
