Pana la urma, eu sunt curioasa cum au masurat scaderea EFECTIVA a nivelului coruptiei - ca faptul ca "au fost cercetati" nu-stiu-cati NU inseamna musai ca aceia care n-au fost cercetati nu-s "corupti", nici ca aceia cercetati au fost musai gasiti vinovati sau ca, in caz ca au fost gasiti vinovati, si-au primit pedeapsa cuvenita!
Senzatia mea este ca, DIMPOTRIVA! daca inainte coruptia era apanajul unui singur partid, acum ea s-a distribuit democratic, ca sa zic ashaaaa.... ca, adica, ea, DNA Coruptie, s-a extins la toate nivelele, in toata tzara, in cam toate grupurile. Chiar la ora asta, chestia care imi sare CEL mai tare in ochi este pastrarea asa-zisei "taxe de prima inmatriculare" - care (ca tot a intrebat Peter) NU este o "taxa de mediu" ci este CLAR un instrument care favorizeaza un anune grup de interese! However, this social scourge is far from being eradicated, a report released by the National Anti-corruption Department (DNA) shows. "We can now see the struggle of the wretched system in its entire splendor," said President Traian Basescu, who attended the official release of the report.
