Job title: Senior Mobile donation expert

Requirements:
- working experience (at least 3 years) in the blood transfusion/haematology
sector;
- a medical or scientific background (university degree or equivalent);
- good knowledge of quality management systems;
- good knowledge of aspects of mobile blood donation;
- fluency in English;
- computer skills.

Job title: Junior software developer

Requirements:
- working experience (at least 2 years) in development of data-centred
information systems;
- proved experience in the field of web-oriented information systems and
technologies in the .NET, C# or Java development environment;
- MS SQL or Oracle database experience;
- previous experience in the field of health informatics will be advantage.

Job title: IT-Senior software developer

Requirements:
- working experience (5 - 10 years) in development of data-centred
information systems;
- proved experience in the field of web-oriented information systems and
technologies;
- proved experience in web-service development, SOA architechture in the
.NET, C# or Java environment;
- MS SQL or Oracle database;
- experience in health informatics.

Job title: Junior training expert

Requirements:
- working experience in public health/medical training & education;
- ideally but not necessarily a medical professional background;
- fluency in English;
- experience in the organisation of training events.

Job title: Project Assistant

Requirements:
- to ensure administrative support for the Phare Consultants, meaning:
- to write down the minutes of the meetings and conferences in which the
Phare Consultants take part;
- to organize meetings and conferences (finding the appropriate locations,
reservations);
- to make internal and external travel reservations;
- to organize the agenda of the Consultants;
- to establish contacts with persons from the Ministry of Public Health and
related bodies;
- to ensure all office management tasks: handling phone calls,
correspondence follow up, purchase of all necessary office supplies;
- advice and guidance on local issues to the Phare Consultants;
- ability to interpret during meetings or conferences from English into
Romanian and vice versa;
- other duties and ad hoc administrative support to the Phare Consultants.
