Euracle is part of a consortium short listed for the call #122868 (management of local government development and modernisation fund). In this framework, the consortium is looking for very good experts to take part in the project in order to make the best offer possible. The consortium is very strong and made up of specialists in the fields to be covered. We are looking for 5 key experts: a.. Team leader in charge of the management of the project and its good completion b.. A specialist in fund management in order to cooperate with the CUPAR (Central Unit for Public Administration Reform) c.. A specialist in information/communication and also delivery of training d.. And 2 experts specialised in training: training coordination and assessment In addition we will also require the services of short term experts (STE) in training, local government management, grant schemes issues, management and administration of EU projects.
