Rusinos... Guvernarea asta ne-a facut de ras peste tot in lume! Trebuie sa fecm
ceva! In felul ast nu se mai poate!

Most of the Romanians consider that the level of corruption has increased
after the accession of the country to the European Union, according to an
opinion poll carried out by Insomar.

83 per cent of the Romanians estimate that corruption has increased or remained
at the same level after the accession of the country to EU, while referring to
the institutions with the most numerous corrupts, most of the subject pointed
in a proportion of 64 per cent to the Traffic Police, followed by the Border
Police and the Police Inspectorate.

In exchange, the institutions perceived as being the least corrupt are the
People Recording Service and the Gendarmerie.

In the case of the General Anticorruption Division (DGA) of the Home Affairs
Ministry, 41 per cent of the Romanians estimate that there is a high degree of
corruption at the level of the institution, although its goal is to prevent and
combat corruption in the Ministry of Home Affairs and Administrative Reform
(MIRA).

Thus, one third of the subjects say that they are aware of corruption deeds
perpetrated by MIRA employees, while 41 per cent of the respondents declared
that they have offered “small attentions” to some employees of the state
institutions.

The survey also shows that the best known are the institutions of the public
local administration, President and Parliament, and the least known are the
Ombudsman and DGA. The institution perceived as serving to the highest degree
the interests of the citizens are the President with over 50 per cent, while
perceived as serving to the last extent the interests of the citizens is
Parliament. But half of the subjects consider that these institutions serve to
a small and very small extent the interests of the citizens.

Two thirds of the population (66 per cent) considers that an ordinary man
cannot be successful without being corrupt.
