Job Purpose To act as the principal point of contact for client activities in Romania, establishing work relationships with clients, managing all client activity and communicating with the staff throughout the Group Activities Involved Point of contact Act as principle point of contact with clients, agencies, government bodies, administrators staff dealing with all operational issues, queries and requests for assistance in a timely, effective and comprehensive manner Working Relationships Develop positive working relationships with all relevant agencies, bodies, clients staff ensuring there is regular and effective communications on client activity and any issues as they arise and agreed procedures are effectively implemented Dealing with client issues Deal with all client issues arising from the client activity in Romania ensuring that clients are presented with a clear, consistent and high quality service, that is comparable to other performance standards within the client Group Selling Actively implement an agreed with client business development plan for Romania, meeting agreed business/financial targets that promotes the client within Romania as an high quality design international practice. Resource Management Co-ordinate a resource plan for all work that is complete in Romania ensuring client best utilizes staff from within the Group i.e. Prague, London, Dublin, Manchester Monthly reports/meetings Attend, as required, monthly client management meetings that discuss operational issues and business strategy; update the Managing Director of with month end activity reports detailing activity that has occurred within the month and outlining the status of queries, requests, issues etc Personal Profile * A seasoned Architectural practitioner with a deep level of technical expertise * A strong ability to develop business within a multi disciplinary practice * A flexible approach to client servicing; with specific exposure to previous work in Romania * A can do attitude with commercial flair * Ability to be based in abroad or Bucharest and travel extensively in Romania Thank you very much for your help.
