Personal assistants provides a personal service. If they do this as
"persoane fisice" with a service agreement ("conventie civile de servici")
they can receive a fee, can't they? In the next developmental phase of
social services, the person with disability will receive the money and hire
the personal assistant of his choice. A fee arrangement would probably be
better than a salary contract in any case.So I don't see why personal assistants should be excepted. Sorry for errors in spelling Romanian terms. John Byrde
