We currently have three open positions for people with project management experience or real estate experience. Our client is a well-known international telecom company present on the Romanian market.
*1.Technology Property Department Manager* We are searching for candidates with a background in real estate (rental sector) and good negotiation skills. This person has to have good people skills, possess initiative and be a team player and have management experience: he or she will coordinate a team of six project managers and a team responsible for land acquisition. Telecom experience is not necessary. *2.Program Manager* The Program Manager will be responsible for driving on-time delivery of specific programs and projects through facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams. The Program Manager must have budgeting and management skills. He or she will coordinate five project managers. *3.Construction Manager* The Construction Manager will lead a team of engineers liaising with third party infrastructure construction companies.GSM constructions For this position we are searching an civil engineer or electrical engineer with management experience (he will coordinate a team of 20 people).
