Giosef Unito, Persefone and Amnesty International Torino (Italy) in partnership 
with Baraka social cultural association organize the international training 
course `Gender and Violence Links` in Torino, Italy, between 26th October and 
3rd November 2009. The training course aims to increase the knowledge and 
awareness of young people and youth workers who are in a position to act as 
multipliers to prevent and act against gender based violence in different local 
contexts. Baraka social-cultural association is selecting 2 participants to 
take part in the training course.The participants should be:able to act at 
”multipliers” in their local contexts and follow up their participation in the 
course by working with Baraka social cultural association on common 
projects;interested and highly motivated in the topic of the course;young 
people between 18 and 30 years (exceptions will be possible only based on valid 
motivations),actively involved in youth
 work and/or motivated to co-operate with their associations; • sharing 
principles and values of the partner organizations;giving their availability to 
be present for the whole duration of the course;able to work in English 
language.Technical details:Travel costs are reimbursed up to 70% of an maximum 
amount of 200 euro. Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon 
presentation of all (including return leg) original tickets, receipt/invoices 
and boarding passes. This means that once home after the training, you will be 
requested to send us the originals of all return documents and boarding 
passes.A participation fee of 45 euro is required to ensure full board and 
lodging of participants.The project is realized with the support of the Youth
