The International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) is a humanitarian and development non-governmental organization working in Romania since 2000 at the invitation of the Romanian Orthodox Church. IOCC, in partnership with the Romanian Orthodox Church and Federation Filantropia will implement social & organizational development projects throughout Romania. Effective immediately, IOCC shall expand its country team by recruiting additional staff based in Bucharest for the implementation and support of the new projects - TRAINING COORDONATOR: (position code: IOCC-TC-2009)
Responsibilities: The TC is responsible for coordinating all training activities planed inside the project and for providing to project beneficiaries (diocese and Patriarchy representatives) technical assistance on strategic planning & organizational development processes initiated at regional and national. The TC will work closely with Executive Director and Project Manager to ensure coordination of field-related activities with the project's overall goals and objectives. The TC will plan, organize, review and approve all aspects of training and public outreach related activities; will coordinate the activity of short term experts which will act as trainers inside the project; will be in charge with the development of training curricula in cooperation with consultants and trainers; will monitor and evaluate all training activities, attending all training events; will coordinate the planning and execution of study trips across borders for project beneficiaries; will ensure coordination between trainings and strategic planning component of the project; will act, when needed, as a project resource person on training subject on managerial aspects: communication, networking, financial planning and management; fundraising. Requirements: A minimum of three years' demonstrated work experience with a non-governmental organization as a human resource/ training coordinator. Experience in continuous adult learning, organizational development & planning processes; training skills including motivating, team leading and inter-personal communication skills; full computer literacy and strong fluency in written and spoken English. Capability to coordinate external collaborators/ experts and to organize training events; ability to plan and organize activities within the frame of the larger project goals. In prezent IOCC in colaborare cu BOR si Federatia Filantropia se pregateste pentru demararea unor proiecte de dezvoltare organizational si sociala la nivel national. O pozitie cheie pentru care cautam candidati potriviti este COORDONATOR de TRAINING: (codul pozitie: IOCC-TO-2009) Responsabilitati: Coordonatorul de Training (CT) este responsabil de buna derulare a tuturor activitatilor de formare din cadrul proiectului cat si a celor de asistenta tehnica in domeniul planificarii si dezvoltarii organizationale ce urmeaza a fi livrate beneficiarilor proiectului (reprezentanti ai 3 eparhii locale si ai Patriarhiei Romane). CT cva lucra indeaproape cu Directorul National si Managerul de Proiect pentru asigurarea coordonarii intre activitatile implementate in teren si obiectivele generale si scopul proiectului. CT va planifica, organiza, revizui si aproba toate materialele si aspectele legate de implementarea trainingurilor si activitatilor de constientizare publica din cadrul proiectului; va coordona activitatea expertilor pe teremn scurt si lung ce vor actiona ca formatori; va raspunde de dezvoltarea curriculoelor de training in colaborare cu consultantii/ trainerii; va monitoriza si va conduce procesul de evaluare a evenimentelor de formare; va participa in cadrul tuturor evenimentelor de formare (ca observator/ organizator); va planifica si va coordona realizarea vizitei de studiu pentru beneficiarii proiectului intr-o tara europeana; va asigura corelarea intre componenta de formare si cea de planificare strategica din cadrul proiectului si va actiona, cand va fi nevoie, ca persoana resursa in domeniul formarii pe subiecte de management organizational de tipul: comunicare, creare de retele/ parteneriate; planificare si management financiar; fundraising. Cerinte: Minim 3 ani de experienta de lucru in sectorul non-guvernamental pe pozitii similare (coordonator resurse umane/ training). Experienta in urmatoarele domenii: formare continua a adultului prin metode non-formale; dezvoltare si planificare organizationala. Abilitati de trainer, motivare si conducere a echipelor; comunicare interpersonala. Bune abilitati de utilizare a computerului si buna cunoastere a limbii engleze (scris si vorbit). Capacitate de a coordona echipe de colaboratori externi; abilitati de a planifica si implementa activitatii de formare in contextual mai larg al obiectivelor unui proiect .
