I am looking for a country manager for a foreign exchange broker setting up shop in Romania. I need a tough leader who will keep a telesales team hard at work. Would anyone in the group be able to recommend someone? Telesales experience is desirable but not obligatory - good sales and leadership skills are what I am looking for.
