Centre for Sustainable Development & Human Resources(C.A.D.D.R.U.) organizes the
international project Incommunicado that willtake place in Sarata Monteoru.
From 16th to
23nd of November 2009 the training course “Training the trainers” aims
to help 24 youths from 8 countries to become TRAINERS in the area of
intercultural dialogue by ensuring know-how for the trainings development and
means to improve the quality of non-formal education. These youths
will be prepared to share what they learned with other interested, will act as
intercultural trainers and when returned to their countries will become a
resource for the entire Europe.
The
participants are invited to actually live together for one week and to learn
how to become good trainers. The process of learning is based on experience and
exchange. During the training course will be used non-formal methods for
helping the participants develop the necessary skills for becoming a good
trainer. Together through the activities organized they will find the common
points between the cultures and will understand the positive role of cultural
diversity.
The direct result of this
project will consist of 24 young
trainers in the area of intercultural dialogue; after this new experience
they will know that being aware about the needs and the benefits of living in
an intercultural world will help understanding cultural diversity and become
more tolerant with each other.
