Please can ayone in the group help me? I am looking for a country manager to manage a real estate and investment company which owns land at present mostly unused in Romania. The position is in Bucharest although it may require foreign travel. The company has considerable cash with which to make investments in profitable opportunities that may arise in Romania or elsewhere in the world.
The company employs only a small friendly team and I need someone who is a team player with good organisational and operational skills to work alongside a hands-on and charismatic owner. The ideal candidate who will be a Romanian antional will have the ability to think outside the box recognise opportunities and to grow into a larger role.
