Dear Sir/Madame, We are a high school, located in TOTANA (SPAIN). We are looking for an organization/company that could be host for two of our students in the frame of an Erasmus project. Through this European project they intend to realise a part of their formation. Following you can find some details about the project: 1. TASKS OR LABOURS TO DO BY STUDENT (always tasks in fields relation with office working): - Basic tasks in an office. - Tasks about different documents (writing any type of documents, receiving and sending informations with different communication instruments – phone, fax, e-mail,.., posting different type of documents, filling different documents, …). - Tasks about commercial area (working with the different commercial documents, getting in touch with and relationship with customers, …). - Helping with the tasks to other workers in the office. - Other tasks you would consider possible inside an office work. 5. KNOWLEDGES OUR STUDENTS HAVE RECEIVED: - Accountants. - Commercials. - Financial knowledges. - Basic knowledge about business managing - Working with computers (principally an office programme and an accountant programme). - Basic knowledge about human resources managing and documents. This teaching has lasted along two years, so the students have got a medium level. 6. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR DEVELOPING THE EUROPEAN PROJECT: - A contract, signing by your organization and our high school. This contract has been sending in this e-mail. - A compromising document (a letter) signing by your organization.
