Füle intr-un interviu pentru WAZ.EUobserver, Comisia Europeana a invatat din
trecut si, prin urmare, tarile din Balcanii de Vest vor trebui sa fie
complet pregatite de aderare inainte de a deveni membri UE.

from the Bulgarian and Romanian cases. The process with opening and closing
of benchmarks is the best way to make superfluous any kind of monitoring and
verification mechanisms in our system. We owe it to the enlargement process
that in the end we have a new member hundred percent ready for the
obligations of membership. [...]"
