I have a client, a leading British Real Estate Investment and Development Group based in Romania structured to capitalize on the opportunities in selected Central Eastern European countries, who needs two or more financial analysts. Analysts with experience in North America or Western Europe are especially interesting and my client's pockets are deep. Real estate experience is preferred but by no means required.
To date, the Group has close to Euro 1 billion in projects currently under management or planned, is raising several investment funds and has formed strategic alliances with some of Central and Eastern Europe's largest investors, banks and property companies. Responsibilities: To build and monitor investment models for shareholders and investors. To ensure that project investments are tracked and perform to their initial expectations. To create an effective monthly cash flow roll up and forecast for a portfolio of projects.
