In caz ca vei fi selectata, formularele pentru depunerea cererii de Green Card iti vor veni la o data cand vei fi deja implinit peste 6 luni de sedere ilegala in SUA (fata de durata limita aprobate pe I-94). Asta inseamna interdictie de intrare in SUA (inadmisibilitate) de 3 ani. Ca sa nu mai zic ca peste un an sedere ilegala inseamna interdictie de 10 ani.
