Ok. Well I did infact implement the gettrap(buffer) and settrap() commands. Main reason being that the buffer commands do get used inside many of the key cmd_rarara commands I'm interested in, meaning I cant really manipulate them at a meta-level.

One fault in my get/set trap commands is they are not context sensative in terms of threading, so I'll probably be interogating that bit of code in more depth.

However, with this and the few tests I've done, I'm now kind of confident the "hard" parts of the C are past, and its time to build those juicy c librarys.

In other news, I managed to get "webware" application server running from inside the python doodad. More just to test how badly I can beat up my code than for anything pragmatic. It works! I'm not even going to contemplate embedding zope however. Unless someone thinks its a neat hack.
