There is no such thing as "reply all" or "forward" in a bulletin board conversation. A reply is posted to the same bulletin board
But, as bulletin boards and mailinglist merge almost transparently in citadel, shouldn't that go away too?
if i've read a discussion, and want to tell a friend about that, wouldn't 'forward' be the right thing to do? (which i actualy are enabled to if i do imap...)
