Oh the horror of using a 'doze box - trying to compile webcit. libcitadel compiled and installed perfectly, haven't tried citadel proper.
Cygwin doesn't have bindtextdomain/textdomain, and the _("") macro causes
errors relating to _libintl_gettext . Apologies if there is something I
should be doing before hand. I'm guessing this is wduchene's area of
expertise.
