I am having a first look at the conversation in Citadel Support (will look closer at it later) and noticing that libSieve is involved in someone's build troubles. libSieve [https://github.com/sodabrew/libsieve] hasn't been updated in 8 years. It is a small library. I am starting to think that maybe we should do one of several things: 1. Fold it into the Citadel Server source, eliminating the build dependency
2. Switch from Sieve to a rules-based filter I wonder if any sites are actually *using* Sieve instead of just the webcit-generated rules.
