* Meeting called to order at 20:03 PM UTC by Colin Finck
* Point 1 in the agenda: A preliminary definition for the term
“ReactOS Team Member”
o Ziliang Guo proposed a definition.
o Colin Finck has a simple proposal: All people that have voice
or operator status on #reactos-dev and/or have a SVN acccount for one of
the ReactOS repositories.
o Olaf Siejka proposes to pass the current list of participants
as temporary ROS team member list and to decide on details upon next
meeting.
o The participants accepted Olaf Siejka’s proposal.
(14 yes votes, 0 no votes, remaining people abstained)
o Final decision about Point 1 is: We take the list of people
allowed to join this meeting as a base for the next meeting. In the
meantime, this list is going to be reviewed.
* Point 2: Establishing regular meetings every month
o After some discussions about the date and time, the
participants agreed on regular meetings on the last Thursday of every
month, 20:00 UTC.
(14 yes votes, 0 no votes, remaining people abstained)
* Point 3: Setting up binding 0.3.13 Release Plans
o Victor Martinez reported about the most annoying
bugs/regressions that need to be fixed now.
o Aleksey Bragin and Roel Messiant declared that they’re
sharing the work on fixing the heap related issues.
o The participants decided for rebranching the 0.3.13 release
from a newer trunk revision.
(11 yes votes, 1 no vote, remaining people abstained)
o Olaf Siejka volunteered to create the 0.3.13 milestones list
for Victor Martinez to fill it with the appropriate bugs.
