All regular 0.3.13 changes are in svn://svn.reactos.org/reactos/tags/ReactOS-0.3.13. The CLT edition was branched after 0.3.13 had been released and later tagged as svn://svn.reactos.org/reactos/tags/ReactOS-0.3.13-CLT2011. So no chance that any CLT changes slipped into the regular 0.3.13 tagged release above.
What got changed in boot/bootdata/hivedef_i386.inf?
