Next time to practice would be 2014 spring when I am reading the same course to the new 2nd year students.
Yes, watching a recording of oneself can be really helpful. And its nice to see that you take interest in your style of lecture. I know quite a few lecturers that don't give a thing about it :( Regards, Sven
