Hi, the server has been started. The meeting will take place on irc://dev.reactos.org (unusual place!), port 6667 (no SSL) on channel #meeting. This meeting will be private. In case you didn't receive your credentials while you should have, please contact me BEFORE the meeting starts. Without credentials, you cannot attend the meeting.
