Two devs told me on IRC that keeping MSVC ISOs for long is rather useless, because they lack PDBs. I would change this 0.5 years as well then. I recall though that people already came to me in the past and wanted me to set up a PDB Server. Would you actually use this for the MSVC Buildslave ISOs?
