This goes out to all developers except our GSoC students, who would participate for the first time and have already outlined in their proposal what they are going to work on. I also have another point to add to the agenda: Hackfest 2017 If enough people are interested, I could try to organize something around Cologne/Bonn, Germany a week before FrOSCon (August 19-20, Bonn).
