[SERVICES]
- Use asynchronous I/O to correctly catch timeouts -- we have a reliable NPFS
now.
This makes the timeout test in advapi32_winetest:service succeed, however I'm
leaving it disabled because it takes two minutes to run (due to... timeouts).
