    [PSDK] Add definitions for WLAN_AVAILABLE_NETWORK.dwFlags member (#7504)
    
    Enable use of flags denoting state of Wi-Fi access point relative to the 
network adapter trying to connect to it. Used when working with 
WLAN_AVAILABLE_NETWORK.dwFlags to check whether we are connected to the network 
or not, for instance.
    
    These flags have been introduced in Windows 10.
