1. howto set proxy umpnpmgr?
PC cannot connect to internet directly. NAT not available.
plan: ros ----- proxy(squid) ---- R ---- WAN
- test with cmd
set http_proxy=http://proxy:3128/
umpnpmgr
dos not work.
