All I've got planned so far are Manager methods for objects_from_sql() and
objects_from_sth() (which objects_from_sql() will call, unsurprisingly).
I'm not even sure if those two methods are necessary, based on how much the
Manager's get_objects() capabilities have expanded. But I'm open to
suggestions. What kinds of things to people want to see?
