This is a double release, with a required new version of Rose::DB.  The big
new feature is SQLite support, but there have been many internal changes
(and bug fixes) as well.

This release also includes a bit of experimentation with prepare_cached().
The test suite passes, but let me know if something goes wonky for you.
It's a really simple change to roll back, so I figured I'd give it a try.

Since CPAN's been troubled lately, I put the releases up on SF too:
