The usual collection of new features and bug fixes. If you're currently
using negated Informix SET query parameters in Manager queries, beware that
the behavior is slightly different in this release. (On the bright side,
MySQL SETs are now supported too.) Check the QueryBuilder docs to make sure
everything still works the way you expect.
Thanks to all that contributed to this release. New Rose::DB is required.
