"What you have done is create classes and associations in one package
then moved the classes but not the associations. Association are true
full and independent model elements. They also need to be moved if you
move the classes. It could also be that you have a drawing of a class
in one package but it is owned by another, the owning package is not
currently loaded.
To fix it, go back to your original model. Go to the package where
your classes are and make the associations visible. (Query Filter
Relationships)
(You may want to create a new diagram for this so as not to change
your existing ones) Select all of the associations and do a Edit:Relocate."
