The answer for your two questions is: Rose Ansi C++
add-in. This is a new add-in for Rational Rose.
It permits to work with C++ in a easier way.
You can find this add-in at:
ftp://ftp.rational.com/public/rose/RoseANSICPPBeta/rose2000e_ansicpp_0.9.windows.zip
It's a beta version, but I test it and it works fine.
