There are various ways to do this - here is one:

Open up your "source" model.

Make sure your business model elements you want to move are in one or more
packages (not just in the top level views like Use Case View and Logical
View).  

Place the package/s on a diagram and select the package/s and do a
File->Export.  

In your desitnation model - do a File->Import on the previously exported
packages.

A warning:  When you move the business model elements to a package in the
destination model - make sure you take the relationships with you.  You can
either drag and drop stuff in the Browser, or put all the elements in one of
more diagrams in your new package, select all and do a Edit->Relocate to
move them to that package.

If you follow the RUP template - then your business model should be in the
right place anyway (Business Use Cases in a package of that or simialr name
in the Use Case View, and Business Object Model in the Logical View)
