Most people aren't aware of how to solve this sort of problem.  On countless
calls to Microsoft, I've had tech support people say there is nothing they
can do with that information.  It's a question of ignorance of what that
information provides.

If someone at Rational were to Load Rose and then enter SoftICE and give
that address, the exact line of code would be revealed.  The Rational
programmer could then fix the bug.

The only thing that the rational person would need is your version number
and platform.
