Hi folks,

I have problems calling the online help functionality. The behaviour (after updates
from the admins???) is now: starting Rose is ok, then using the Help menu to call
online help. After this action
Rose hangs and the process view shows a rose_exe, a rpcss and a winhlp32 process. This
all worked fine a few weeks ago.

If I kill now the winhlp32 process short time after starting it I get the message
"Failed to launch help" from rose.
If I wait about a minute and kill the winhlp32 process, then Rose crashes and all
processes from above are gone.

After doing some checks I found that Rose can be called and winhlp32 can be called.
But the communication seems to be corrupted. Setting the environments for the rpcss
call and calling "rpcss
-automatic" by hand shows a port conflict for port 135.

Does anybody have a hint for me? Is it as it seems: there is another tool using port
135 and therefore there is a conflict?

Thanks for your help

Thomas
