This is typically done via a Use Case Realization. Attached to each Use Case
in the Use Case View should be a set of flows of events which capture the
requirements for that Use Case. In the Logical View, you'll want to create
Use Case Realizations (this is a Use Case with a stereotype of Use Case
Realization), and translate your flows of events into interaction diagrams.
There should be some samples on the Rational web site. There also exists a
sample template model in Rose. Do a File | New from the Rose menu, and
select the Rational Unified Process model. This shows how to structure your
model, and should give you what you ask for below.
