I'm trying to come to grasps with the RUP, and I am soliciting your help.
Can you supply me with a Microsoft Project file that is used in a RUP
environment?
My client has spent the money on training, but the "process" has gone by the
wayside because of the "let's get the code out the door" mentality. This is
a huge learning curve, to be sure.
But I have been given the opportunity to take a very small project here
(everything is VB, by the way) and use all the Rational tools and the RUP to
create it. It will later be held up as the model here of "this is how it
should be done".
