Try using the "Fit to Page" option. Depending on which version of Rose you
are using, (98i v 2000e), this is on different tabs of the print dialog.
On 2000e, you select File->Print, then on the "Layout" tab there lies the
"Fit To Page" radio button selection....

When I use rose to edit a class diagram and that diagram
is too big to fit in one page. Could someone tell me whether
i can print it in one page(in small font)? Or can I separate
