The web publisher (including the text file) has not changed\been updated
since 98i SP1. When it started shipping, 98i SP1 was just released.
The web publisher will not work with earlier versions of Rose; 98i,
98, 4... but should work just fine with later versions.
Once you set up the wp files, you can use NT AT command or
other scheduler to run this automatically.
