That only partially solves the problem. It creates references back to the
components in the original package without severing the links. Thus, the
elements end up having labels like "(From Business Use-Case View)", etc. In my
case, that has certain semantic connotations because I am modeling a business
plan in one view and the solution model for that B.P. in the other view and
this could create certain confusions for the reviewers.
Anyway, looks like this is as good as it gets! :)
