Title: AW: AW: (ROSE) template

In our project we wrote an own code generator (in perl).
Via OLE and REI (Rose on Windows platform) we read the model information und generate the Java Sourcecode.

We had to do this, because were using a framework (IBM San Francisco), which want to have some special classes.

If you dont want to do this via REI, you can (probably) do this via XMI-Export and XSLTransformation. (I think, this will be a lot of work ...)

    Hi,

Thank you very much for your help!
I am also thinking of that approach and that's leads
to another question.  Is there any way that we can
develop our own parsing program and integrate it with
    rational rose?

Another question is that is it possible a programmer
simply rely on the model and the descriptions which go
along with it to develop the program.  I think we
still have to give another set of separate design doc
    for most of the time.

    Regards
    xiaobo
