You need to install Rose on the local machine. However, the way Rose works
depends on the type of license purchased. If you have a node locked license,
then you are all set on your local machine and there is no need for anything
else. If you have a floating license (usually costlier), then there needs to
be a license server on your network which holds information about the number
of licenses purchased. In a scenario where 2 licenses are purchased, you can
install Rose on as many local machines on the network, but only 2 people can
use the software at any given time.
