You know, I saw that, and that's what was throwing me. I didn't see the dtd file show
up there. There was one odd thing that did happen. The name of the mdl file is
test.mdl and the name of the component that generates the dtd is test. A file by the
name of test.dt~ was there, so I renamed it. After that things seemed to work!

I think another way to do this is to open the component specification and under the
XML_DTD tab there's a property that points to the directory - changing that seems to
do the trick too.
