A few months back, I sent a spreadsheet which I had been given by someone
else. The purpose is to estimate project costs based on Use Cases, and the
source of the formulas is the book "Applying Use Cases" by Geri Schneider
and Jason Winters. There were some errors in the formulas in that
spreadsheet, so I am sending you a corrected version. Please replace the
old one. Also, please refer to the book and use it as a guide to understand
the weighting factors and numbers used here.
