We export our Use Case diagrams and documentation, and our Logical View from our Rose
model
to Word documents.
It's not wonderful, but it does work. We use a script that we've modified after
downloading
it from a Rational
script ftp site. This is a "Word Basic" script - a flavor of Visual Basic with an OLE
interface to Word. A bit clunky
and you have to dodge Word bugs. You can run a script by using Tools->Script->"open
script
name" and then click
the unobtrusive green triangle to run the script. I found that "generate selected"
did not
work correctly for Use Case.

We have modified it substantially to extract what we want in the order that we want,
and to
use Word styles
that we like. You can probably read the Rational script and make your own
modifications.
Rational suggests that you
buy SoDA to do this, but it's quite expensive.
