We had the same problem with Rose 2001; all model properties are stored to
"default" settings after loading a model. This is very bad because most C++
code generator settings are very hard to set correct and it is lots of work
to set them every time again and again.

Since upgrading to Rose 2001, I have problems with the
properties of my model: I got always default properties, not
the one saved with the model.
I have the model properties under control (last entry in browser).
But Tools -> Model properties -> C++ -> (e.g. class) shows
every time I load the model default entries.
I have to do the following:
Tools -> Model properties -> Replace -> (Then I navigate
to my model path and choose the <MyModel>.prp file.
Then all is correct.
Then I save; I save the model properties also.
But when I open the model the next time: at least
the class properties are gone!!!
Do I have to rename my *.prp file as *.pty and put
it under the rose directory???
I remember a similar question in this ng, but have not
saved it.
Any help appreciated.
